Sweater weather is better

There are many reasons why autumn is one of my favourite seasons in the year. For starters I'm a September baby so big birthday celebrations! Its also that 'inbetweeny' weather, where you can wear wooly jumpers and oversized clothes, but its not too cold that you feel your fingers are about to drop off! Jumpers are such a staple piece when it comes to autumnal outfits. They can be styled with almost anything and are incredibly versatile. An oversized jumper over a pair of leather trousers, a flowing midi skirt with a cute knit jumper tucked in, or even just a classic jumper and jeans combo! They're also great to mix and match with other pieces to create loads of outfit choices.

Here are some jumpers I'm loving this autumn.

This is the first jumper I purchased this autumn which of course is from Zara. It's a versatile cream colour with a high neck, which I think is so flattering. The balloon sleeves gives it an edge and helps you stand out from the crowd. I paired this jumper tucked in with my blue mom jeans, Dr martins and a long coat for the ultimate autumn vibes.

This jumper is a little more on the expensive side, however I love the pop of colour this 'bottle green' knit brings to my outfits. This styled with some black leather trousers and black boots is very autumn grunge.

Not technically a jumper I know but cardigans are so in this season and I'm living for it! This gorgeous camel cardigan is the perfect autumn shade with oversized shoulders for more of a casual look. This cardigan paired with blue jeans or a midi skirt would look super cute!

This next one is a mock shirt hem jumper perfect for a brunch occasion. The oatmeal neutral tone means it will go with almost anything, but I love how the model in this pic has styled it out. The best thing about this jumper is that it's sold in a regular fit or a petite fit. Perfect for us 'little' girls out there!

This jumper gives the perfect casual slouchy look. Super comfy and perfect to throw on with a pair of gym leggings for the dog walk. Even better, sizing starts at a size 4!
